Your Self
19th February 2000

Each & every day of our lives we are faced with varying decisions.  From our prior experience and our current beliefs, we are able to make these decisions based on what we 'know' and what we 'believe in' to be 'right & wrong'.

Each one of us will take a certain level of responsibility in these decisions, once again based on our prior experience and our current beliefs.  It is this level of responsibility in our decision making that sets us apart from other individuals.  No two people will get the exact same 'meaning' out of an experience, and it is this 'meaning' that we will base our beliefs on that particular experience.

In these decisions, it's important to take time to remember who you are, what you believe in, and the message you want to put across to people.  It doesn't matter how big or small the decision is, what matters is what you do with the opportunity.

Making things better in your life takes a decision, a commitment.  To decide to improve things 'now' is a big decision, and not one to take lightly.  Once the decision of improvement has been made, you need to follow through and then create your actions based on your decision.  The more time & patience you give yourself the better.

Decisions made out of fear will not be committed too.
Decisions made due to ego will not be committed too.

Yet a decision made with understanding & patience will be an honest one.  One that will 'feel right'.

What you perceive as important today, will change tomorrow.  And what you see as 'wrong' today, will be adjusted with more knowledge.  It is only when the time isn't taken to understand that wrongful decisions are made consistently.  However, when focus is given to the moment of now and how you perceive it, you will truly enjoy life for what it is and the role that you play will become a more powerful and meaningful one.

Take time in your life to create what you want.
Take time with the people in your life, to give them what they need.

Give energy to yourself and those around you when making any kind of decision, as this energy will flow fluently through you and into those around you that are affected by your various decisions.

Give 'honest energy & time' to those who deserve it, and it will be returned to you.  For those that are looking for a 'cash' return, you will be disappointed at times.  For the return I am referring to is simply a 'good feeling' about yourself.  And for those of you that have experienced this 'good feeling' I am referring to, you already know the benefits.  For those that are yet to experience this feeling, give yourself, and those around you, more of your time & energy.  You will soon understand and be rewarded for your commitment.

Your honest commitment to improve yourself is one of the biggest decisions anyone can make.  It is one with rewards that have to be experienced to be believed.

Give yourself time, energy and a chance to enjoy who you are.
A chance to understand why you are who you are.
A chance to look in the mirror and see yourself for who you really are.

And remember, 'God don't make no Junk'.

Peace & Love to you and those around you.
